  • Built and launched key performance indicator systems for membership health, customer retention, operational success, and revenue growth tracking, enabling data-driven executive decision-making and transparent operational reporting.

  • Mapped and optimized critical workflows across departments, including Accounts Payable (AP), Merchandise (saleable and in-house use), Order Lifecycle, and Membership Lifecycle. Designed process documentation and mediated cross-functional improvements to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and improve service and fulfillment consistency.

  • Created 5-year and 10-year inventory sell-through and SKU pricing plans, incorporating inventory aging, strategic release schedules, and optimized revenue models to support sustainable long-term growth.

  • Designed internal order fulfillment workflows for Commerce7 (C7), overseeing SKU lifecycle management, inventory adjustments, and compliance training to ensure efficient, compliant shipping practices.

  • Successfully executed a full warehouse transition project, leading the physical count, SKU reconciliation, and organizational redesign to improve storage efficiency, accuracy, and operational transparency.

  • Initiated and built the company’s first intranet system to house operational documentation, training materials, fulfillment resources, and internal communications, driving consistency and reducing information silos.

  • Launched an enrichment program providing targeted coaching, leadership workshops, and motivational sessions for team growth. Founded a middle management book club and created custom work-along tools to support critical thinking and collaboration.

  • Designed and delivered comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires across DTC, fulfillment, customer service, and operations, building tailored skill development tracks to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and customer service excellence.

  • Implemented business SMS platforms to streamline real-time client communications and modernized team workflows by rolling out AI-assisted tools for operational efficiency and customer engagement.

  • Strengthened the organization's compliance infrastructure for domestic and international shipments, preserving regulatory integrity while enhancing client service across global transactions.
